How it works
A controlled workflow from credit report to next action.
CreditImpact gives dispute teams one clear operating path: submit the report, review the case, prepare the output, send the dispute, upload the response, and track what happens next.
§ Step-by-step lifecycle
Walk through one case from start to finish.
Seven steps. Three phases. Every case follows the same path, and every state is visible to both the agency and CreditImpact.
Agency submits the credit report
Report receivedThe agency creates a case, selects the dispute round, and uploads the client credit report into a structured case record.
CreditImpact reviews the case
The file enters an operations queue. CreditImpact reviews the report, the round context, and what needs to happen next.
Case Intelligence is structured
The case is organized around dispute-specific logic: account data, findings, evidence, bureau response context, and next action path.
Dispute output is prepared
CreditImpact prepares the dispute output tied to the correct case, round, bureau context, and agency workflow.
Agency sends the dispute
The agency downloads the output, sends it through its process, and records the send date, bureau, delivery method, and notes.
Bureau response is uploaded
When the bureau replies, the agency uploads the response back into the case so CreditImpact can review what changed.
Next action is tracked
The response connects to the case history. The next action becomes visible: another round, review, closure, or follow-up.
§ Clear handoffs
The right side sees the right action at the right time.
Submit, send, respond
Agencies handle the client file, submit reports, send dispute outputs, and upload bureau responses. Review, submission, and compliance workflows remain the agency's responsibility.
Review, prepare, guide
CreditImpact reviews the case, prepares the output, and keeps the next action clear across each round.
Track every state change
The platform keeps the workflow visible so no case depends on memory, inbox digging, or scattered spreadsheets.
